If you apply for a position with us, we will process the submitted data to review your application and, if necessary, to initiate a contractual relationship with you. If no employment contract is concluded, we will generally delete your data after three months, unless you have consented to longer retention (e.g., for later contact). If you enter into an employment relationship with us, we will inform you separately about the related data processing.
Suppliers and Business Partners
If you are a supplier or business partner, we collect your name, company name, address, and the bank details you provide for payments. This data is required to process or initiate a contractual relationship with you. We will delete the data after ten years from the end of the business relationship.

Personal data or peripheral data communicated to us via email or telephone/video conference are also processed by the relevant providers. Electronically stored data is also processed by our ERP provider. This data processing generally takes place in Switzerland. It may happen that a service provider, especially its employees, outside Switzerland and also outside the EU/EEA, gains knowledge of personal data. If, in exceptional cases, data is transferred to countries that do not have adequate data protection, this is done using standard data protection clauses.
